How much does it cost?

The total cost is £25,000 inc vat and includes the following - your own sign-written company van with a built-in pure water system, a designated territory of 70-80k homes, £2,500 of monthly work, 3 months management fee, all training, and support and much more.

Can I get finance?

Yes and for those with perhaps a poor credit rating read on...Finance can be arranged through the Government Start Up Loan, we can support you in arranging this finance. Although it is worth noting you will need to have at least a ‘fair’ credit score to qualify. We importantly too can put those who may have poorer credit status and put you in touch with one of our brokerage partners who specialize in this area.

How long will it take to set me up?

Depending on finance it can take as little as a week to a couple of months. As soon as the initial setup cost is paid you’re looking at 10-14 days till the launch date.

So is my area protected from any other Tidal Cleaning Services Franchisee?

We set you up to have a designated territory of approximately 70-80,000 homes in your designated area. this will usually be selected by grouped by the first part of the postcode.

Are there minimum numbers I have to achieve in order to become a Tidal Franchisee?

Within your first 3 months, you will still be getting familiar while building your business and we would expect you to clean on average 8-10 houses per day. To give you a good indication you should be aiming for a minimum of 20 completed cleaning jobs by months 10 to 12. 20 jobs a day would be considered the optimum activity level attained for each working day.

I am looking to keep my current job / I need some spare time work / looking to take on another job - can I still join?

At this time Tidal Cleaning Services is only offering this opportunity as a Full-Time franchise opportunity. Tidal has built-in a territory and protection for every productive franchisee to enable them to build then maintain their levels as a full-time business.

Does a customer know I am visiting them?

Yes. Every Tidal customer is reminded that a clean will happen that day. We also remind all customers to make sure access is available and to notify us if they need to rearrange their appointment.

If I break down or become ill/unable to work?

Your welfare is our top priority as a franchise owner. Prior to commencing it will be important to safeguard yourself against any unforeseen circumstances. Public Liability cover, Accident and Sickness Cover and Business Van Insurance are the three key policies you will need to have in place prior to starting. In the event of an illness or unforeseen matter, your on-call support team will be there for you.

Who is responsible for maintenance, fuel, cleaning my equipment, and servicing of the van?

The franchisee is responsible for the fuel, ongoing maintenance, repairs, and servicing of the equipment and van.
